Project leader / Project manager M/F

Responsibilities:

. To run a project by leading a project team to realize the deliverables of the project from Kick Off till industrialization.

. To plan and execute new projects assigned in timeliness manner to meet project objective / milestone.

. To procure materials / tools / equipment needed to construct engineering samples, customer samples, qualification samples and initial production start-up.

. To be accountable and drive for the achievement of project targets in term of quality, cost and on time-to-market.

Requirements:

. More than 3 years working experience.

. Masters/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology, Material science) or equivalent.

. Candidates with either Package Development, Process Development, or Process Experience will be and added advantage.

. Good communication skills with all levels of people

. Able to drive the project as per customer's requirement in terms of timeline, quality & shipments.

. Good inter-personal skills and able to work well under pressure.

. Self-motivated, high initiative and achievement oriented.

. Practice high performance behavior and together work as Team in executing projects & strive for excellent.
