Manage new and existing digital credit products including partnerships, product development, change management, establish business operational processes, reporting of business performance and support in regulatory matters
Drive business alignment and manage cross functional stakeholders such as Marketing, Product, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Finance, Shopee teams etc.
Manage the project timelines across functional teams to ensure timely implementation and meet the overall business objectives
Optimise product performance by analysing business metrics, identify gaps and recommending improvements area to drive profitability and continuous business growth
Develop product and industry insights based on user surveys, market research on industry best practices and competitors offerings
Requirements
Previous experience in financial services sector related field highly preferred - across functions in business development, product design or commercials negotiation
Excellent analytical and independent problem solving skills with strong logical thinking and quantitative analysis ability
Proactive, open to learn, strong stakeholder management, enjoy managing multiple projects (multitasker) and a team player
Agile, comfortable working in a dynamic and fast paced environment
A willingness to get involved in the business to understand the story behind the numbers
A fast learner who is meticulous and detail-mindset
