Job Description
Functional Responsibility
. Lead project teams to successfully deliver projects for respective portfolio (namely Commercial, Enterprise and Server & Network) by ensuring PMO policies and processes are adhered to, possibly without supervision and with certain authority in project management decision.
. Provide transparency of project roadmap and status update by portfolio to the business stakeholders involved and respective PMO Managers on regular and need basis.
. Drive and manage medium to large sized projects by portfolio to ensure the committed project scope, budget and timeline are met with go live criteria concurred by key stakeholders.
. Act as point of escalation to business stakeholders on project risks and provide mitigation/contingency plan according to business priority.
Role Responsibility
. Ensure projects assigned are managed in accordance to the project management framework.
. To work closely with the core project team (mainly Product Managers, Business Analysts, Dev, Testers, Vendors and Business Owners) throughout the end-to-end project lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment to production.
. Manage ICT deployments for all projects, enhancements and bug fixes by working closely with PM/BA, Dev, and Testers.
. Ensure Quality Assurance is imposed for all projects as part of the PMO SOP from the assessment of project deliverable quality to auditing the compliance and progress of individual projects against processes and objectives.
. Provide project status updates by portfolio in the centralized google project tracking document on weekly basis and ensure project stakeholders are updated through emails on weekly/bi-weekly basis.
. Assist PMO in project documentation to facilitate quarterly/yearly audit purpose.
. Mentor PMO Executive in project management
