Job description:
a) Project and site management
- Responsible for the full spectrum of project and site-related matters
- Prepare work program, schedule and plan for the project's resources, manage the allocation efficiency
- Implement and monitor all aspects of construction activities undertaken from implementation to completion of projects, including final accounts and constantly ensure project cost is kept within budget
- Monitor sub-contractors performance, progress of works and claims
- Attend site meeting with consultants and clients, and organise an internal meeting with subcontractor to resolve the technical and site logistics issues
b) Manpower management
- Manpower assignment
- Verification of subcontractor claims
- Welfare of site personnel
c) Client and stakeholder communication
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and local authorities on projects undertaken by the company
- Implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the quality system in order to strengthen the company's position
Job requirements:
- Candidates should possess a Diploma or a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience in handling project management in the construction industry
- A candidate with prior or current experience in handlingearthwork or infrastructure projectsis highly preferred.
