Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of large-scale construction projects across Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA), Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP), Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC), and Commissioning functions. This role will be responsible for managing construction execution, quality standards, stakeholder coordination, testing and commissioning activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and in accordance with client and industry requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project delivery across CSA, MEP, QA/QC, and commissioning activities.
- Coordinate contractors, consultants, vendors, and project stakeholders.
- Monitor construction progress, schedules, risks, and project milestones.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive issue resolution and cross-functional coordination during project execution.
- Oversee inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Manage defect rectification and project close-out processes.
- Provide regular project updates, reporting, and risk mitigation plans.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience managing construction projects across CSA, MEP, QA/QC, or commissioning functions.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, quality management, and commissioning processes.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and external contractors.
- Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience within data centres, critical facilities, industrial, commercial, or large-scale infrastructure projects is advantageous.
