We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (HR Systems) to lead the end-to-end implementation of innovative HR solutions, ensuring seamless delivery and alignment with client requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirement gathering, documentation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
- Manage project delivery within approved scope, timeline, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with Technology Development teams on client customisations.
- Support issue resolution during implementation phases.
- Maintain complete project documentation and ensure proper handover to Customer Support.
- Validate Parallel Run and UAT outcomes and obtain client sign-off.
- Deliver end-user training and maintain training records, including HRD Corp claims where applicable.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
Requirements
Must-have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computing, Software Development, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in system implementation and/or web application delivery.
- At least 3 years of experience in a Project Manager role.
- Experience with HRMS or HR-related systems.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and Microsoft tools.
- Proven ability to lead requirement gathering, documentation, and UAT activities.
- Demonstrated experience managing project delivery within approved scope, timeline, and quality standards.
- Experience coordinating with Technology Development teams on client customisations.
- Ability to support issue resolution during implementation phases.
- Skilled in maintaining complete project documentation and ensuring proper handover to Customer Support.
- Experience validating Parallel Run and UAT outcomes and obtaining client sign-off.
- Ability to deliver end-user training and maintain training records, including HRD Corp claims where applicable.
- Strong client management skills, acting as the primary point of contact.

- Bachelor's degree in Computing, Software Development, or a related field.
