Job Description
- Work closely with project managers & system analysts by developing, analyzing & managing project plans, schedules & resource forecasts;
- Controllers and Analysts to create schedules and keep the plan updated and propose mitigation if delay or issue;
- Integrate and generate level 4 detail schedule into master project schedule and perform measurement baseline program;
- Identifying milestone, critical path analysis, resource allocations, schedule variances, and to support cost/schedule integration;
- Gather and analyze information to generate weekly & monthly report of the project, chair the schedule meeting with client and subcon;
- Monitor the work plan progress and responsible to assist project manager in coordinate with others to ensure project completion within the time frame and cost;
- Identify multiple critical paths and work out mitigation plan/micro-manage schedule;
- Develop work breakdown structures such as Critical Path schedule and resource, cost and budget plans;
- Prepare EOT schedule and provide delay analysis report shall the actual progress have gap from baseline;
- Required to attend and present in meeting with client, consultant & subcontractors for coordination work & progress update.
Qualification/Job Requirement
- Possess at least Bachelor's Degree, diploma in engineering discipline, project management certification or any degree in technical field;
- At least 5 years of project planning experience in construction;
- Familiar with Primavera P6, MS Project and MS office;
- Strong in analytical, organizing and writing skill in scheduling and report;
- Good communication skill among peers and client;
- Able to work independently, flexibility and adaptability;
- Willing to travel and relocate;
- Must willing to outstation work at construction project site.
