Job Description

• Support Travel Claims operational processes and digital platforms
• Assist in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard preparation
• Participate in system enhancement projects and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Support process improvement and automation initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, Claims, Customer Experience, and Technology teams
• Contribute to operational excellence and customer-centric digital solutions

Qualification / Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or related fields
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for technology, digital transformation, and process improvement
• Exposure to Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, or data visualization tools is an added advantage
• Internship experience in operations, analytics, technology, insurance, or banking is a plus
