Protg Program - Pharma Talent (12 months program)

This position reports to the Customer Engagement Platform Lead. As a Protege, you should be highly enthusiastic and possess excellent communication skills to manage a designated scope of work to provide operational and project management support to plan, manage, and execute the Pfizer brands messaging to Health Care Providers.

• Act as interface with Health Care Providers (HCPs) via on-site or virtual support
• Apply a project management approach to the specific requirements of projects given
• Alignment with internal & external stakeholders to meet the overall direction of the project
• Ensure customers are directed to appropriate channels in response to enquiries and requests in a timely manner
• Plans, manages and supports medicines/vaccine activities in the area to raise awareness to HCPs
• Anticipates, mitigates, and manages the risks to customers in the assigned area
• Establish good rapport with decision makers (at all levels)
• Establish sound understanding of customer needs, challenges, competition, key trends etc.

• Degree/Diploma, preferably in a Science or Business background
• A pleasant and dynamic personality combined with enthusiasm and desire to continuously learn
• A team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• A self-motivated and industrious achiever
• Strong interpersonal skills are required, as well as excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
• Well-organized with the ability to be flexible, prioritize multiple demands
