JOB DETAILS for Protege Program (January 2024 Intakes)

Position: Protege Sales Admin Associate

Company Industry: Pharmaceutical
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (0830 to 1730)

WHO CAN APPLY

  • Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business/ Management or related field
  • At least 1-2 years experience in Healthcare Industry/ Fresh graduates welcomed to apply
  • Ability to multitask and Resourceful
  • Able to stay late to support tender compilation as and when required
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft office with speed and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines, getting work right first time.
  • High level of telephone and customer care skills.
  • Fluent English.

PROTG SALES ADMIN ASSOCIATE ROLE SUMMARY:

  • Responsible for providing administrative & sales support for entire department. Has additional responsibility for Tendering process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Acting as a information distribution center for the department: collect, consolidate and disseminate information from/to all the team members to ensure knowledge sharing and execution of function strategy
  • Support Sales Managers with tender process & compile tender documents.
  • Provide policy and process support to sales team on tendering: information collection, country policy research etc.
  • Support Sales with Customer sponsorship ensuring correct details and travel plans are maintained for all personnel involved.
  • Support Sales & Marketing on event/road show.
  • Administration works
  • Liaise with Customers where necessary to support sales activity

  • Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines

  • Identify and report any personal quality or compliance concerns immediately to the Quality Organization
  • Ensure timely dispatch closure (if applicable)
  • Ensure completion of all field modifications instructions (FMI's) within prescribed timeframe (if applicable)
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities by identifying and appropriately escalating process and product quality gaps, providing solutions when possible
  • Ability to show self-initiative & motivation and to work independently with minimum direction
  • Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution-based service process
