  • Issue Purchase Order
  • Do posting invoices
  • Monthly purchase for office supplies
  • Negotiation with suppliers
  • Issue service chit
  • Raise Purchase Requisition for IT Equipment and Non IT Equipment
  • Issue Purchase Order for IT Equipment, Non IT Equipment & Marketing
  • Posting invoices in Navision system for IT Equipment & Non IT Equipment
  • Monthly purchase for office supplies
  • Price negotiate with suppliers ie: purchase printer, projector , etc.
  • Issue vehicle service chit for user / company
Job Requirements
  • Post Graduate in Diploma in any field
  • Can communicate & writing in English language & Bahasa Malaysia
  • At least 1 year working experience
  • Able to work in team
  • Willing to learn new things
