We are now hiring QA Engineer to be placed across Plexus sites.
Job Responsibilities:
. Responsible as the key liaison between manufacturing and the customer, ensuring that overall customer quality and regulatory requirements and expectations are met and product meets all specifications.
. Responsible for product quality and process control.
. Support customers in quality related activities.
. Handle customer's complaints and ensure complaints are well addressed.
. Conduct quality meeting to drive for continuous improvement.
. Coordinate CRG and perform failure analysis.
. Perform internal audit.
. Coordinate on Purge activities.
. Analyze and troubleshoot rejects
. Support quote and contract review process, ensuring customer quality requirements are met
. Additional duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
. Degree in Engineering with at least 2 years of related working experience.
. Knowledge in SPC, FMEA, TS16949, Lean Sigma & QS9100 is preferable.
. Advantage to have experience in handling box build product, new product transfer or automation.
. Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
