QA Engineer

Requirements:

3-5+ years of testing experiences with development team

Demonstrated experience developing and executing test cases, scripts, plans and procedures to support various development methodologies.

Familiarity with entire software development life cycle and test cycles (Integration, Regression, Functional, Systems, Stress, Smoke & Sanity)

Experience in Behaviour Driven Development (BDD) and Cucumber Test Framework

Understanding of multi-tier web application architecture, mobile application, and deployment

Understanding of existing QA best practices and methodologies such as Agile and DevOps to design, implement and automate processes.

Proficiency in Java is mandatory and understanding of more languages will be plus (e.g. JavaScript, Python).

Experience with test automation framework: Selenium, Cucumber and Appium

Working knowledge of API and Services testing (Rest Assured, Postman or similar tools)

Proficient in MySQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL (MongoDB) environments

Detailed and effective written communication skills for documenting the features tested and bugs found.

Highly organized, detail oriented, responsive, and able to prioritize many tasks.

Self-motivated, works well independently and with others.
