QA Tester & Product Management - SPX Xpress
Job Description
Job Description:
- Work with Business Product Teams and assist to develop and execute test cases based on the business requirements
- Provide prompt updates on testing progress and clear escalation of potential risks to the Product Manager
- Provide comprehensive documentation of test cases, test results and defect management for the required sign offs
- Prepare training materials on new product features to orient related teams
- Identify and propose ways to constantly improve UAT efficiency
- Develop product roadmap, prioritize and manage user expectations
- Perform additional duties such as handling production issues, i.e raise JIRA tickets and follow up with stakeholders
Requirements:
- Preferred with at least 1 year of experience as a software tester UAT tester or junior product owner
- Able to work independently or with minimal assistance
- Highly goal-driven and able to work well in dynamic environments
- Skilled at working effectively and communicating with cross functional teams across the organization
- Technical background with understanding of software development (not required but a plus)
- Able to communicate in both English and Malay, both written and verbal.
- Interest in Logistics & Supply Chain sector.
