QMS Engineer

Are you passionate about quality management systems and continuous improvement We're looking for a QMS Engineer (Mandarin Speaker) to join a growing manufacturing team. If you have experience with ISO management systems and enjoy driving process excellence, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the company's Quality Management System (QMS).
• Plan, draft, optimize, and manage quality system documentation to ensure compliance with company and international standards.
• Organize and coordinate internal quality audits and management reviews.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to establish and improve quality management processes.
• Lead and coordinate external certification and surveillance audits to maintain ISO certifications.
• Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) policies and actively participate in EHS initiatives.

Requirements

✅ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or Quality Management.

✅ Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Management Systems, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

✅ Hands-on experience implementing ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems.

✅ Experience with IATF 16949, AS9100D, or other management systems is an added advantage.

✅ Knowledge of process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies.

✅ Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

✅ Mandarin speaking ability is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and support cross-functional collaboration.

Working Hours

• Normal working hours.
• Willing to work overtime from Monday to Friday when required.
• Able to work on Saturdays based on operational requirements.
