Adecco is seeking 10 QA Specialist for a new project with a multinational client in the technology sector. Focusing on digital platform company operating a major user generated content service with significant adoption in Malaysia. This role involves ensuring the accuracy of labeling and reviewing cases within the Search Operations team. The team is dedicated to enhancing user experience and driving significant impact on daily active users (DAU) and gross merchandise value (GMV) through improved search functionalities. The position requires exposure to potentially harmful content, including images, videos, and text, as part of the core responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and a keen understanding of e-commerce operations

What you will Do

• Perform daily operational tasks including quality inspection and process optimization
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to provide feedback on policy implementation
• Conduct audits on internal systems and analyze errors for improvement
• Monitor project data and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders
• Evaluate user search needs and classify requirements using various tools

Your Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in quality assurance or related field
• Can start before 23rd February 2026 (No buyout option)
• Proficient in English, both written and conversational
• Familiarity with search engines and social media algorithms is advantageous
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and customer journeys
• Ability to review internet content that may be deemed inappropriate
