Quality Assurance Supervisor

We are now hiring QA Supervisor to be placed across Plexus sites.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supervising the QA personnel, inspectors or others in performing the function
• Administer and coordinate all QA shift activities, training and other administration related
• Responsible to conduct a training for new QA operators
• Develop and implement action items to meet goals and objectives.
• Conduct line audit when necessary and be part of Internal Auditor

Job requirements:

• Diploma with preferably minimum of 2 years related working experience.
• Strong oral, written, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
