Quality Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Inspection & Quality Assessment

• Inspect products throughout the production process to ensure they meet customer specifications and industry standards.
• Survey and assess the quality of products, identifying any defects or deviations from quality expectations.

1. Quality Assurance Process Development & Execution

• Devise and implement quality assurance processes to maintain consistency and compliance.
• Continuously monitor and improve quality control processes.

1. Customer Requirements & Industry Standards Compliance

• Ensure that all products meet customer requirements and comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure product quality meets specified standards.

1. Collaboration with Project Teams

• Liaise with project managers and team members to ensure adherence to quality standards at all stages of the project.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams on quality management best practices and project goals.

1. Project Management Support

• Assist in project management by ensuring projects are completed within the allotted timeframe and budget.
• Monitor project milestones and assess quality adherence at each stage.

1. Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, train, and develop quality assurance teams to ensure high standards of work.
• Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the team.
