Job Description:
- To handle routine activities of quality & environmental management systems related affairs.
- To establish, maintain, improve or align management system to fulfill company direction and prepare for review and approval.
- To monitor, compile report & publish the achievement of company's objectives throughout company.
- To act as the assistant to the Audit Team Leader to help plan & conduct internal audits with follow up activities,
- support supplier audit upon the management's instruction.
- To handle and co-ordinate with 2nd & 3rd parties audits and findings follow up with relevant depts.
- To provide / arrange related training to new selected internal auditors; also,conduct QMS & EMS-related training/briefing as required.
- To support to arrange & promote quality & environmental management systems related trainings among employees.
- To organize meeting for management review and report compilation & dissemination.
- To participate in risk management processes and review of customer quality agreement.
- To coordinate and monitor departmental's continual improvement projects.
- To monitor, promote & uphold relevant environmental regulatory / customer requirements.
- To work with related team member to ensure compliance of company product towards applicable requirements.
- To provide internal training / briefing related to environmental regulatory / customer requirements to relevant departments.
- To perform tasks as assigned by superior
Note: If Senior position; Additional responsibility to supervise junior engineers & follow-up on tasks assigned to them.
Job Qualification:
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma or equivalent qualification to job assigned.
