Quality Technician

Job Responsibilities:
. Responsible for assuring all customer and company quality expectations are being satisfied at all manufacturing and inspection process steps, and identify and implement continuous quality improvement activities.
. Lead quality plan implementation through data compilation and analysis.
. Ensure the audit reports updated correctly.
. Assist QA Engineer to perform line process / product audit, NPI build follow up as well as CRG / RMA verification.
. Perform periodic process audit based on customer or Plexus internal process checklist.
. Assist QA Engineer to follow-up for closure of Corrective Action Report.
. Responsible for performing inspections associated with Module and Board level products, while keeping quality and efficiency at the highest priority.
. Performs inspection on incoming materials against IPC standards and incoming specification
. Performs required VISUAL inspection on all products.
. Verifies product conformity against process and product documentation.
. Assist QA Engineer in day to day production Quality issues.
. Additional duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements:
. Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Electrical/Electronic or equivalent.
. 2-3 years working experience in QA especially in manufacturing environment (PCBA).
. Experience with ESD and IPC-610 Class 3 will be an advantage.
. Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
. Able to use the computer including MS Office applications.
