Job Summary
  • Assist in all Quantity Surveying functions.
  • Assist in Pre and Post Contract Budget Control.
Key Responsibilities
  • Review BOM (Bill of Materials) from All Plan & ERPbos.
  • Prepare enquiries for material, labour and plant quotations.
  • Establishment of cost estimate and rate built-up.
  • Assist in budgetary control implementation.
  • Collection and submission of tender document, compilation of tender document.
  • Prepare monthly progressive valuation and certification.
  • To ensure all filing and documentation are in compliance with the Department operation and ISO procedure.
  • To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.
  • Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveyor/ Construction Management
Skills & Abilities
  • General computer literacy in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project and Construction Software

Expected Minimum Years of Experience
  • Fresh graduate / 2 – 4 years related work experience
