Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor based in Solaris Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur. The Quantity Surveyor will oversee cost planning, preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost control, and cost reporting for various projects. The role involves management of budgets and effective reporting to ensure projects align with financial goals and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture or any related field
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects
