About the job:

Our client, a global semiconductor equipment manufacturer is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team on a contract basis. In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent across technical and manufacturing functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions, from sourcing and screening through offer management and onboarding.
• Handle multiple hiring requisitions concurrently while ensuring timely delivery and a high-quality recruitment process.
• Recruit for engineering, technical, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and corporate functions across the business.
• Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, direct outreach, referrals, talent mapping, and other recruitment channels.
• Identify, engage, and attract both active and passive candidates for technical, engineering, manufacturing, and corporate roles.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand talent needs, develop recruitment strategies, and drive successful hiring outcomes.
• Facilitate offer discussions, manage candidate expectations, and support compensation negotiations.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, professionalism, and effective stakeholder management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure recruitment data integrity.
• Provide market insights and talent intelligence to support hiring decisions and workforce planning.
• Adapt quickly to changing business priorities and recruitment demands within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably within semiconductor, manufacturing, engineering, or technical industries.
• Strong proactive sourcing skills with experience identifying and engaging passive candidates.
• Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, manufacturing, or operations-related roles.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Experience using ATS platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar systems.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin to support communication with regional stakeholders and candidates.
• Prior agency recruitment or contract recruitment experience will be an advantage.
