The Recruitment Business Partner will manage the full spectrum of recruitment activities, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, identify, and hire quality talent that supports the organisation's business goals. This role requires strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management skills, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to drive effective recruitment strategies while promoting Aemulus as an employer of choice.
The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and resourceful, with strong communication and analytical skills to manage recruitment activities effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The candidate should also be capable of interpreting recruitment trends, preparing recruitment reports and analysis, and providing practical hiring recommendations to support business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including manpower requisition, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding arrangements.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, team dynamics, and candidate profiles to ensure effective hiring outcomes.
- Proactively engage stakeholders by asking the right questions to identify actual hiring needs, market expectations, and role suitability.
- Develop and execute recruitment and sourcing strategies to support both immediate and long-term hiring needs.
- Source and attract quality candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Seek, employee referrals, networking, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future business needs.
- Screen and assess candidates based on experience, competencies, communication skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate recruitment activities efficiently with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely hiring progress.
- Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and hiring trends to support data-driven decisions.
- Support manpower planning discussions and provide market insights to hiring managers and management.
- Represent Aemulus at career fairs, university engagement activities, and employer branding initiatives.
- Enhance candidate experience and promote Aemulus as an employer of choice.
- Stay updated on recruitment market trends and explore new sourcing channels to improve hiring effectiveness.
- Support recruitment activities across multiple functions and adapt to changing business priorities when required.
Requirements:-
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, Engineering, or equivalent. (Engineering background is an advantage.)
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or end-to-end hiring functions.
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or test environments will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment methods.
- Proficient in using recruitment platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and job portals.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work effectively with hiring managers across different levels and functions in a dynamic working environment.
- Strong interviewing and probing skills to identify suitable candidates and clarify hiring expectations with stakeholders.
- Analytical and data-driven, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to interpret recruitment trends, analyse hiring metrics, prepare insightful recruitment reports, and provide practical hiring recommendations to support business decisions.
- Familiar with AI-powered recruitment and productivity tools, with the ability to leverage technology to improve sourcing efficiency, recruitment analysis, reporting, and overall hiring effectiveness.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, adaptable, and able to manage multiple hiring priorities independently.
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking candidates and stakeholders.
- Professional, confident, and able to represent Aemulus positively to candidates and external parties.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
