Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both clients and candidates.
• Drive business development efforts to expand our client portfolio and identify new opportunities for growth and expansion within the market.
• Develop and implement recruitment plans and initiatives to attract top talent and meet the hiring needs of our clients in the engineering, manufacturing, health, education, sales, marketing, or communications sector.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in recruitment consulting, providing insights and recommendat ions to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Medical Science, IT or other relavant areas with a minimum CGPA of 3.5
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field would be an added advantage
• Open to fresh graduates who have completed at least one internship and has proven experience in managing multiple revenue streams.
