Job Description

What we would like you to do:

  • Manage the distributed Team of 5 IT Recruiters
  • Distribute tasks and responsibilities between the team members
  • Set individual's and team's goals and execute meeting them
  • Be responsible for the capacity management - decide when it is needed to extend the Team or when the team member may be assigned to some other HR/administration related tasks if the workflow in recruitment is low
  • Prioritize Recruitment Team work
  • Be responsible for the yearly evaluation of the each team member, manage the Team from the financial perspective (decide about the promotions/salary increase along with the Branch Manager)
  • Be innovative - suggest ideas for process & work improvement
  • Be a good listener - listen to what the Team has to say and try to figure out the solution good for everyone
  • Keep the team members motivated
  • Be responsible for the upskilling the Recruitment Team (ideas for learning paths, courses etc.)
  • Cooperate closely with Branch Manager and Business Development Managers
  • Cooperate with HR Manager in situations related to hiring the candidate etc.
  • Be brave - inform the Branch Manager if you see any problems, don't be afraid of talking about the difficult situations
  • Be ready to work in the multicultural environment

We're looking for you if you have:
  • Experience in managing teams (bigger than 5-6 team members)
  • Experience in IT recruitment
  • At least basic IT knowledge and willingness to learn more (the Recruitment Manager needs to be able to help the team members understand the IT)
  • Experience in motivating others
  • Experience in providing constructive feedback, listening to the Team and being brave enough to face the challenges
  • Knowledge about the capacity management
  • Knowledge about the APAC IT market and ideas how to keep pace with the rapidly changing market
  • Courage to work in the multicultural environment without prejudices
