• Manage end-to-end recruitment process
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates
• Post job vacancies across recruitment platforms and social media
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports using Google Sheets
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition
• Fluent in English (written & spoken)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Google Sheets and basic recruitment tools
• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
