Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of regional retail training programs for the Salomon brand across Southeast Asia (SEA).
  • Assist in localizing training materials and guidelines from China Headquarters to suit SEA retail needs.
  • Support the preparation of training materials, presentations, and training kits for workshops and in-store sessions.
  • Coordinate training schedules and logistics, and assist in organizing classroom and on-the-job training sessions.
  • Participate in store visits to observe retail operations, collect feedback, and support field coaching activities.
  • Assist in compiling training reports, tracking attendance, and consolidating feedback for internal review.
  • Work closely with Retail and Store Managers to support follow-up on training initiatives.
  • Provide general administrative and coordination support for regional training projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related discipline (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Strong interest in people development and the sports/outdoor industry.
  • Good communication and presentation skills; confident interacting with frontline retail staff.
  • Basic understanding of retail operations is a plus (internship or part-time retail experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in both Mandarin and English to collaborate with teams in China and SEA markets.
  • Willingness to travel within the region when required.
