Develop and present blueprint plans for existing clientele
Actively service existing Family office clients under retainer arrangements, including support for Family Council Meetings and other recurring client touchpoints.
Manage a portfolio of UHNW clients, delivering tailored advisory on family governance, family wealth preservation planning, philanthropy, succession planning, and legacy strategies.
Lead client advisory meetings, ensure proper documentation, and uphold compliance requirements aligned with regulatory obligations.
Collaborate with internal and external professionals to implement holistic family office solutions.
Drive revenue generation and portfolio expansion through deepening client relationships and onboarding new opportunities.
Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, Wealth Management, or a related discipline.
Professional qualifications such as STEP, ICSA/CGP, CFA, CFP, or equivalent will be an advantage.
Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience in private banking, wealth management, family office advisory, legal practice, fiduciary services, or related advisory environments, with direct exposure to UHNW clients.
Strong knowledge of family governance structures, succession planning, estate and wealth preservation strategies, philanthropy advisory, and legacy planning.
Sound understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements involving Securities Commission (SC), Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM), Labuan IBFC, and relevant self-regulatory or fiduciary frameworks.
Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to advise and interact confidently with UHNW individuals, family principals, and professional intermediaries.
