About The Role
As a Renewal Sales Operations Analyst, you will be a key business partner to the Renewal
Sales organization, enabling revenue retention and business growth through operational
excellence. You will own the end-to-end renewal operations process—from quote creation
through order fulfilment—while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and an exceptional customer experience. Working closely with SEA and APAC Operations, Finance, Legal, Sales,
Channel Partners and Customers, you'll help streamline processes, resolve complex
operational challenges, and drive continuous improvements that support business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the trusted operational advisor and subject matter expert for the Renewal team,
providing guidance on systems, processes, policies, and all renewal operational
matters.
- Support Renewal Sales teams by preparing accurate quotations and proposals for both
direct customers and channel partners.
- Manage the end-to-end (CPQ/O2O) process, ensuring orders are accurate, compliant,
and processed efficiently through submission, approvals, and acceptance.
- Assist Renewal Sales teams in meeting order submission requirements, including
payer setup, credit limit validation, and compliance with regional and global policies
such as EES, ECC, and DAMEX.
- Serve as the operational point of contact for complex enquiries relating to products,
pricing, licensing, installation data, trade-ins, non-standard configurations, and third[1]party products.
- Monitor billing activities and coordinate with Sales and Finance teams to ensure
timely invoice generation, including local language invoice requirements where
applicable.
- Review manual orders to ensure compliance with corporate policies, contractual
requirements, and supporting documentation, including COD, EULA, PST, GSLA,
and Purchase Orders.
- Maintain strong knowledge of company processes, policies, and business systems
such as Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and O2O, while supporting User Acceptance Testing
(UAT) and system deployment activities.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations, Finance, Technical Support, Channel Partners and
Customers to ensure seamless execution of renewal opportunities.
- Onboard, train, coach and mentor new Renewal team members on operational
process, systems and best practices.
- Provide system support, user guidance, and training to local and regional
stakeholders, promoting process consistency and best practices.
- Ensure adherence to global governance standards by facilitating policy validations,
contract approvals, and legal documentation requirements.
- Maintain accurate order tracking, operational reports, and forecasting data to support
business planning and pipeline visibility.
- Support channel partners with operational requests, including installation transfers,
customer information updates, address changes, license file requests, and related
activities.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, automate manual activities,
and enhance operational efficiency across the renewal business.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of CPQ, O2O, Sales Operations process.
- Ability to interpret policies, workflows, and business processes to ensure accurate and
compliant transaction processing.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with exceptional
attention to detail.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across Sales,
Finance, Technical Support, Operations, and Partner organizations.
- Experience supporting forecasting, reporting, operational analysis, training, and
continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and business insights is
essential.
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, detailed orientated and capable of managing
multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, or a related
operational role, preferably within a multinational organization.
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM, CPQ, or similar enterprise sales platforms
is an advantage.
