Job Location: Kossan Tower, Setia Alam
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of Risk Management Policy and framework within the Group.
- Engages risk owners for regular risk reviews/risk register updates across business units and corporate functions.
- Ensure risk management document (risk register/ monthly report, & etc) are updated and submitted timely.
- To follow up on the mitigation action plans are taken promptly to mitigate any significant/ high risks noted. Periodically tests the operating effectiveness of mitigating controls identified.
- Conduct training and briefing to instill risk awareness and culture among the employees.
- Participates in and prepares presentation materials for Group Risk Management updates to senior stakeholders, including the Risk Management Committee.
- Assist in the development of policies and procedures to strengthen risk management practices across the Group.
- Assist in develop and maintain ESG risks and opportunities, and business continuity framework and policies for the Group.
- Review and analyze the existing insurance coverage to identify gaps and make recommendations to superior when necessary.
- Other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Professional qualifications of a recognized accounting body is an added advantage.
- Minimum 1-5 years of relevant working experience in risk management.
- Good understanding of Enterprise Risk Management concept.
