Position: Risk Management Senior Officer

Location: Kota Damansara, PJ
Working hours: Mon-Fri, 8.30am-5.30pm
Salary: RM5,500 - RM7,000 (Based on Experience)

Our client is a world-famous Japanese company that makes and sells high-quality lubricants, focusing on engine oils that keep cars and motorcycles running smoothly and special oils that protect big factory machines from breaking down or rusting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the annual risk-based audit plan, independently conducting end-to-end audits of key business, financial, and operational processes.
- Diagnose operational bottlenecks and control gaps across departments, proposing practical, date-driven solutions to improve efficiency.
- Draft comprehensive audit workpapers and high-quality reports that clearly translate complex findings into actionable strategies recommendations for the HOD.
- Lead the revision and writing of SOPs to ensure operational workflows strictly align with corporate goals, best practices, and local regulations.
- Review commercial contacts and ensure PDPA compliance, identifying legal risks and establishing robust personal data protection controls.
