Role Description The Rock Royalty Butler is a full-time, on-site role based in Kota Tinggi, responsible for delivering personalized, high-touch service to Rock Royalty guests. This role includes welcoming guests, coordinating arrivals and departures, handling luggage, and providing tailored assistance such as arranging room amenities, special requests, and in-room dining. The Butler will manage guest schedules, make reservations for restaurants and activities, and liaise with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service. Daily tasks also involve maintaining guest areas to high cleanliness and presentation standards, anticipating guest needs, and resolving issues promptly and professionally. The Rock Royalty Butler is expected to embody the Hard Rock brand, offering an engaging, polished service experience while maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion.
Qualifications
- Strong guest service skills with a focus on personalized, luxury hospitality and professional etiquette.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional language abilities are an advantage.
- Ability to coordinate schedules, manage requests, and multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail in room presentation, amenities, and overall guest experience.
- Previous experience in butler service, concierge, front office, or similar guest-facing hospitality roles preferred.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and respect for guest privacy.
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by hotel operations.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards consistent with a luxury hotel environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel systems or reservation platforms are beneficial.
- Formal hospitality education or relevant certification is an added advantage.
