Role Description The Rotating Pharmacist will provide professional pharmacy services across AllDay Pharmacy branches in Bandar Menjalara Kepong and Sentosa Klang, ensuring safe and effective dispensing of medications and nutritional products. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing prescriptions, counseling customers on proper medication use and nutritional therapies, monitoring for drug interactions, and maintaining accurate records in compliance with regulatory requirements. The pharmacist will oversee inventory management, support merchandising of health and nutrition products, and contribute to health education initiatives within the pharmacy. This is a full-time, on-site role based out of Kuala Lumpur, requiring regular rotation between assigned branches and close collaboration with the pharmacy team to deliver consistent, high-quality care.
Qualifications
- Professional pharmacy qualification (e.g., Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent) and valid registration with the Malaysian Pharmacy Board or eligibility to be registered.
- Strong clinical knowledge in pharmacology, therapeutics, and drug–nutrient interactions, with a genuine interest in nutrition-focused healthcare.
- Proficiency in prescription review, dispensing, and medication counseling, with careful attention to safety, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse customers, explain complex information clearly, and collaborate with colleagues.
- Ability to manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and support store operations, including basic documentation and point-of-sale systems.
- Adaptability and reliability to work on a rotating schedule across multiple branches, with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning, staying updated on pharmacy practice, nutritional science, and relevant regulations.
- Previous experience in community or retail pharmacy is an advantage; familiarity with Kuala Lumpur and surrounding areas is beneficial.
