RPA Developer
- Develop and configure RPA robots
- Work with internal and external stakeholders for business automation tool upgrades, innovative tool evaluations and configuration of new RPA tools
- Work with internal or external stakeholders to understand processes and automate the selected business process with RPA tools
- R&D new technologies, creating technical specifications and test plans, working with multiple coding languages and writing operational documentation with stakeholders for automation projects
- Perform code review for peers
- Provide guidance to team members
- Provide advice on preparing project timeline
- Improve skills in RPA by completing online/classroom training or certification
- Perform other duties as assigned or as necessary
What You Should Have
- A computer science, information systems, software engineering, business or related field degree with a genuine interest in technology
- Working experience with software development, coding, programming concepts, or process/workflow design
- A self-starter and fast-learner who delivers high-quality work and able to adapt to new challenges
- Active collaboration and interpersonal skills and the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience
- Customer and end-user focused
- Fresh graduate with outstanding university result and experience/knowledge in RPA development are encouraged to apply.
Extra Points If You Have
- Working knowledge or implementation experience with Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism, IBM or other RPA related products
- Inquisitive and analytical mind
- Experience in object-oriented programming
- Familiar with Agile methodology
- Familiar with Artificial Intelligence technologies and software automation
- Good understanding of various automation components and features
- Demonstrated creativity balanced with practicality to meet business objectives and team needs
- Java working experience
