About The Role
Join Accenture's Strategy & Consulting Global Network (GN) in the Malaysia Cloud Centre of Excellence (COE), where business strategy and cloud technology intersect. As a Cloud Strategy Analyst, you will contribute to shaping, designing, and delivering cloud transformation initiatives—supporting clients from early strategic decisions through execution. This role offers early exposure to advisory, architecture, and delivery, building a strong foundation for a career in technology consulting and transformation leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Support development of cloud transformation strategies by linking technology investments to business outcomes and enterprise value
Assist in business case development, including data gathering, cost modelling, and benefits analysis under senior guidance
Contribute to cloud transformation roadmaps, including research, dependency mapping, and documentation
Support development of cloud operating models, including governance structures, team design, and ways of working
Assist in cloud assessments such as application portfolio analysis and platform evaluation (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Produce high-quality client deliverables including presentations, reports, and executive summaries
Support architecture and design activities through structured research and documentation
Contribute to project delivery activities such as status reporting, workstream tracking, and RAID log maintenance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
Foundational knowledge of at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
Understanding of core cloud concepts such as compute, storage, networking, and identity and access management
Exposure to IT transformation or cloud adoption frameworks (e.g., AWS CAF, Azure CAF)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to complex challenges
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, client-ready materials
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented consulting environment
Cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), or equivalent
Exposure to infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep)
Basic scripting knowledge in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools
Awareness of cloud cost management (FinOps) and cloud security principles
Exposure to agile methodologies, including Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
Familiarity with cloud data platforms or enterprise architecture concepts
