Key Responsibilities
- Generate new customer leads and expand the company's client base within target markets and industries.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable interconnect, wire harness, or cable products and solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to prospective and existing clients.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and commercial agreements in line with company policy.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including engineering, production, and logistics, to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and account status updates for management.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and client visits to promote the company's products and services.
Requirements
- Diploma holder or above, preferably in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 to 7+ years of sales experience, preferably in the interconnect components / wire harness / cable sector.
- Proven ability to generate a new customer base while maintaining relationships with existing customers.
- Target-oriented, aggressive, and self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results.
- Disciplined and able to work effectively under pressure.
