Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.

We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About The Role

We're looking for a proactive and meticulous Sales Coordinator who thrives in a vibrant environment, ensuring everything from administrative tasks to client communication runs like clockwork. Your responsibilities

  • Manage and publish sales reports to the Sales Team according to agreed timeline and maintaining high level of efficiency and accuracy.
  • Generate sales team incentive reports in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with the monthly closing cycle
  • To create and maintain sales reporting structures and analyze data to support the sales team in decision making
  • Responsible for designated sales system & database maintenance (e.g. DMS, data reference files, database hierarchies)
  • Facilitate the use of the reports by the channel head and the sales team with continuous and the refinement of the reports to increase the utility of the reports
  • Provide guidance/training to salespeople on any relevant report and system navigation
  • Communicate sales reports to sales team and management in a timely manner
  • Develop to be a domain expert within the Sales Analytics team for specific subject matters
  • Other ad-hoc reports and administrative tasks as assigned by the line manager from time to time

The experience we're looking for

  • Diploma/Degree of any relevant field
  • Experience in MS Office application (strong knowledge especially in MS Excel)
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, multi-tasking and reporting skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Fresh Graduates with the above competencies are also welcomed to apply
  • Added advantage if applicant possesses the following:
  • Decent level understanding and experience with Microsoft Power Query and/or Power BI
  • More than 2 years relevant working experience, especially in sales data analysis and system maintenance (Distributor Management System or alike)
