Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Process and manage sales orders from initiation to fulfilment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts for clients.
  • Respond to customers inquiries and provide excellent customer service, addressing concerns or redirecting queries to the appropriate team member.
  • Maintain and update customers databases with accurate information.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including finance, and project team to ensure seamless coordination of sales activities.
  • Generate and analyst sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist the sales team to handling customer collections.
  • Organize and schedule sales meetings, including preparing materials and documenting meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed.
  • Assist in the organization and execution of sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the sales team.
  • Assist in finance, business administration and operations.
  • Maintain and update system restock.
  • Coordinate and process HRDC applications, preparing document ,ensure timely submissions are accurate and comply with HRDC guidelines.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management/ Commerce, or equivalent; or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar administrative role will be an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and RM software.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Knowledge of Marketing, IT and sales processes is a plus.
