Responsible for ensuring that Sales Director:

  1. Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing quarterly sales quotas for accounts projecting expected sales opportunities for consulting sales.
  2. Maintains healthy CRM, sales opportunity, service mix, and selling price by keeping current company margins
  3. Identify and evaluates alternative solutions to meet customer goals.
  4. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  5. Sells and promotes the sales of TCS consulting services to customers including negotiating price, other concessions and terms and conditions of the sale.
  6. Networks and develops strong business relationships with clients.
  7. Contributes to strategic and tactical planning for the sales division.
  8. Ensures all sales opportunities are completed within targets and schedules while meeting client needs, business objectives and design guidelines.

  1. A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in the direct sales of large, complex IT transformational projects with responsibility for end-to-end sales, client stakeholder management and sales budget control and margins.
  2. Preferably from large IT consulting firms
  3. Strong leadership skills. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Industry experience. Able to develop executive level relationships.
  4. Increase sales pipeline and must be organizationally/politically astute.
  5. Demonstrated ability to build relationships with clients and motivate teams of people. Demonstrated ability to manage staff and a strong understanding of the entire corporate IT function.
