Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and nurture relationships with existing industrial clients.
- Pitch technical automation solutions, including PLCs, SCADA systems, sensors, and robotics.
- Conduct client site visits to assess technical constraints and propose optimal equipment setups.
- Prepare commercial quotes, negotiate terms, and close sales orders to meet targets.
- Collaborate with internal technical specialists to deliver end-to-end customer solutions.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
- 1–2 years of sales engineering experience (driven fresh graduates with a technical background are welcome).
- Basic understanding of industrial automation and control systems.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Must own a vehicle and be willing to travel within assigned regions.
