Key Responsibilities
- Drive direct sales and lead generation for injection molding machinery and automated auxiliaries across the Northern region.
- Conduct regular on-site plant visits to assess factory constraints and propose efficiency-boosting machinery upgrades.
- Deliver technical presentations highlighting machine production efficiencies, energy savings, and ROI.
- Partner with HQ engineering teams to match client production needs with precise machine specifications.
- Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline through extended procurement and investment cycles.
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of technical sales, application engineering, or business development experience in an industrial B2B setting.
- Prior exposure to the plastics industry, industrial automation, or auxiliary machinery is a strong advantage.
- Hunter mindset with full readiness to travel frequently for face-to-face factory meetings across the Northern region.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Business, or a related field.
