Proactively develop new markets and expand market coverage.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Manage and maintain relationships with distributors and agents.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, including sales analysis.
Negotiate contract terms and conditions to meet both customer and company requirements.
Prepare quotations and manage customer accounts.
Follow up on sales calls, sample requests, customer projects, and other customer requirements.
Provide pre-sales technical support and after-sales services.
Initiate technical testing and product optimization proposals to support customer projects and new business opportunities.
Achieve sales targets and coordinate sales projects.
Develop and execute sales territory and customer coverage plans to achieve sales growth objectives.
Support the Regional Commercial Manager in sales budgeting and pricing matters.
Assist in developing and maintaining industry knowledge.
Travel frequently to meet customers.
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline.
Relevant working experience and familiarity with the Malaysia Electronics Market, Surface Mount Technology (SMT), Semiconductor, or Wave Soldering Processes industry. (Mandatory)
Passionate about pursuing a career in sales.
Strong interpersonal, communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Possess own transport and be willing to travel extensively (approximately 50% travel).
