We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Engineer to manage and grow business within the panel builder segment. This role involves developing strong partner relationships, driving sales opportunities, and supporting end-to-end project execution across the electrical solutions ecosystem.

Key responsibilities:
- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with panel builders, distributors, and key stakeholders
- Drive sales activities and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets within the assigned segment
- Promote and support the sales of electrical products such as circuit breakers, contactors, relays, power meters, drives, and related solutions
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, technical, and supply chain) to ensure full project and customer coverage
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts through effective engagement
- Prepare and deliver sales quotations, proposals, and technical documentation
- Monitor and maintain an accurate pipeline of opportunities, providing regular updates to management
- Evaluate bid opportunities and conduct feasibility assessments for project participation
- Coordinate order processing, documentation, logistics, and financial requirements with internal stakeholders
- Ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries, orders, and project execution
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within the electrical, mechanical, or industrial sector
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
