Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • To develop and build trade markets and potential HORECA customers within assigned territory.
  • To perform/implement sales promotion, sales strategics and provide food solutions to customers.
  • Look for customers who need to create sales opportunities & develop the account.
  • Forecasting the business, monitoring sales in the market to ensure target and objectives are met.
  • Ensure route to market & territory management optimization.
  • Development of strong customer relationships.
  • Good follow up skill in both sales service and payment term collection agreed with the company term.
  • Work closely with the cross-functional team.
  • Team player and understand your own role.
  • Provide work plan and weekly sales activity report to superior / sales manager.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years working experience in food service / FMCG market.
  • Must possess own transport.
  • Willing to travel.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Good planning and organization skills.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Over deliver and achieve a high performance level.
  • Great understanding and application of customer service knowledge.
