We are seeking a talented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Luen Heng F&B Sdn Bhd. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving on-trade sales and promoting our diverse range of products to customers. This is a full-time position based in Kuala Lumpur.
Responsibilities:
(HORECA – area coverage Selangor & KL):
• Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the sales manager.
• Establish and manage relationships with Key Accounts to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Identify, develop and secure new customers to contribute to company's sales targets and growth through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.
• Negotiate business terms with key customers.
• Plans, negotiate and execute marketing and promotion strategies.
• Responsible for new product listing and its strategic promotion planning.
• Prepare sales forecast and Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned.
Skills & knowledge requirements:
• Possess a minimum diploma in any relevant field.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in FMCG Industry.
• Ability to articulate product and/or value offerings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Positive, motivated attitude.
• Good in computer skills, particularly excel skills.
• Proficiency in English (Mandarin or other languages will be an added advantage)
