Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join a growing media and content-driven organization. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates with sales experience who are looking to further develop their career in the media and advertising industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, advertisers, agencies, and business partners.
  • Promote and sell media, advertising, and content-related solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
  • Manage costing, pricing, and budget planning for client proposals.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales deals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain excellent customer service and long-term client relationships.

Skills & Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of sales experience.
  • Candidates from media, advertising, publishing, agency, or related industries are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Understanding of media sales, client servicing, costing, pricing, and market analysis.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Immediate availability or short notice candidates are preferred.
