- Lead, coach, and develop sales team members

Strategic Partnerships
- Build relationships with healthcare stakeholders
- Support negotiation and partnership activation
- Identify new market opportunities and growth channels

Commercial Execution
- Work cross-functionally with operations, service, clinical, and marketing teams

Who We're Looking For
- 5–8 years experience in healthcare sales, medical devices, diagnostics, pharma, or healthcare solutions
- Leadership experience managing or mentoring sales teams
- Strong commercial mindset with proven business development capability
- Comfortable in fast-paced growth environment
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
