What You'll Do

• Develop and grow business opportunities across key market segments.
• Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Identify new revenue opportunities and help maximize hotel profitability.
• Work closely with Revenue, Marketing, Rooms, and Food & Beverage teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Represent Hyatt Centric Kota Kinabalu with confidence, creativity, and professionalism.
• Achieve sales targets while supporting the overall commercial strategy of the hotel.

What We're Looking For

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Executive, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive, motivated, and results-driven personality.
• Passion for hospitality and creating meaningful connections.
