Job Description

Role:
- Present, promote and sell industrial equipment and solutions for the food industry processing segment in close cooperation with the Sales Director to actively support the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate sales calls and visit existing and potential customers.
- Conduct presentations and other related demonstrations as relevant to sales.
- Perform analyses of existing and potential customers needs and offer solutions that address their needs.
- Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions in line with company's standards, rules and regulations or as directed.
- Cooperate and coordinate with team members especially the Sales Director to offer solutions that fulfill the customer's needs.
- Analyze the territory/market's potential and identify potential customers in close cooperation with the Sales Director.
- Supply the management and exchange with the Sales Director information on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities.
- Keep updated on relevant knowledge, trends, and best business practices.

Key Requirements:
- Must have prior sales experience in the food processing or packaging industry or closely related field.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electronic Engineer.
- Minimum of 3 years sales experiences.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and other local languages.
- Position open to Malaysian Citizens or Foreigners that hold relevant work visa for Malaysia.
